<Announcement: Restructure of Arowana Foundation> In light of the termination of Arowana's trading on Bithumb today, the 28th, we are planning a restructuring to further the development of our projects. Details of the restructuring are as follows: 1. Change in Chief Executive Officer (CEO) The Arowana Foundation has made a change in its leadership to continuously build the Arowana ecosystem and adopt new management strategies. Consequently, the Foundation's representative has transitioned from CEO Jung, Jong-gap to CEO Noh, Seung-jung. CEO Noh Seung-jung, who previously held the position of director at the Arowana Foundation, has been with the Arowana project since the beginning. He is committed to contributing significantly to the project's future growth. 2. Response to Bithumb The Arowana Foundation, on the 25th, lodged a complaint with the Financial Supervisory Service and the Financial Committee concerning the termination of trading on Bithumb. Despite providing Bithumb with detailed documentation, including our business roadmap and ongoing development plans, they decided to terminate the trading. We intend to address this through our complaint. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused by Bithumb's trading suspension.
